Joseph is a soft-spoken, highly detail-oriented professional with very reasonable rates. His focus on the task at hand is evident as he guided us (unrepresented buyers) through the property and pointed out issues (and shared tips that couldn't be part of the official report) after his inspection basically without using notes. Joe performed a home inspection for us today and I can not express how impressed we are with his 5 star Customer Service, Inspection knowledge and all around experience and expertise in the entire process. I would recommend using him to any and everybody I know. What a great attention to detail and turn around time we have gotten. Inspection time was set up for 10am (Joe was early and already started) prior to 10am and I have already received a complete report with the findings and am just overly impressed with everything about this company and Joe. I feel he went over and beyond on the explanation of things he discovered and thoroughly explained everything to us not only in person but in report the within hours of the inspection.
